DETROIT- The Detroit Lions have a new approach to the selection of national anthem singers for the 2018-2019 NFL season.

This year, the auditions will consist of a phased elimination process starting with a video submission. Due to the high volume of submissions, results will be emailed 2 to 4 weeks after receipt. Candidates who will be invited to move on to the next phase of the audition process will be notified via email with additional logistics and details.
